Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Bronx, NY(Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time – Mon-Fri, 09:00am-05:00pm

Compensation:

Pay Range: $140,000 Per Year

Summary:

• The position requires a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive healthcare services in a full-time capacity in the Bronx, NY.
• The role involves diagnosing and treating common and chronic illnesses, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
• The professional will work onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred
• Current NY county Registered Nurse license and Registration
• Nurse Practitioner Certification and Registration
• Current Practice Agreement
• Current BCLS, Infection Control, Child Abuse certifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in diagnosing and treating common and chronic illnesses
• Ability to perform health assessments and physical exams
• Proficiency in developing and managing care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in patient education and counseling
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in providing age-appropriate care
