One to One Health is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our care team at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas!

This role is central to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care as a Provider, working in close collaboration care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
- Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols
- Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
- Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
- Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
- Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
- Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.
- Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
- Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests
- Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
- Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
- Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
- Perform related duties as required
- Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team

- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required.
- DEA license preferred
- BLS Certified
