WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for an “average Medical Assistant.”
We are looking for someone who:
- Moves fast without losing accuracy
- Stays calm in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
- Takes ownership without needing constant direction
- Understands that in pain management, details matter—medically and legally
- Can shift seamlessly between patient care, procedures, and front office coordination
If you enjoy structured chaos, patient interaction, and being the backbone of a clinical team—this role will feel like home.

- Start and manage IV access using sterile technique
- Monitor patients during procedures and recovery
- Work closely with physicians and anesthesiology teams in real time
- Assist with discharge, IV removal, and patient instructions
- Make pre-procedure reminder calls and post-procedure follow-ups
- Help coordinate smooth patient transport and flow
Front Office & Coordination
- Answer and document patient calls with accuracy and urgency
- Process prescription refill requests per protocol
- Support prior authorizations and appointment scheduling
- Keep patient flow organized and efficient across the clinic

- Patients feel cared for from intake to discharge
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Accuracy in clinical documentation and EMR entries
- Speed and precision in patient flow and rooming
- Safe execution of IVs, procedures, and post-procedure care
