This role offers the opportunity to manage your own patient panel while supporting urgent care needs and follow-up visits. Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care for children and adults
• Maintain and manage your own patient panel
• See patients for sick visits, urgent care needs, and hospital follow-ups
• Collaborate with other APPs and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
