Full Job Description

Rapidcare PLLC, a Primary care and Urgent care practice looking for a hardworking, dynamic Certified Physician’s assistant or a Nurse practitioner, to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide patient care across different clinical settings, using your skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also work with EMR systems, clinical research, and acute care in a fast-paced environment, making a real difference in patients’ lives

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments, including vital signs, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Assist with diagnostic evaluations and phlebotomy.
  • Manage patient care plans, including medication administration, injections, and adherence to aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Conduct triage assessments in urgent care and emergency settings to prioritize patient needs.
  • Document clinical findings accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in clinical research trials and data collection to support medical advancements and quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with active licensure in the designated region
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding for billing
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic methods
  • Experience using telehealth platforms for remote patient consultations
  • Ability to perform accurate physical examinations and patient assessments; skilled in data management and medical documentation
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and prevention strategies in outpatient settings
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education, including health coaching, family planning, addiction counseling, and palliative care
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Prior experience in diverse clinical environments such as outpatient clinics and nursing homes

Pay: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
