Pediatric Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Opportunity – New Jersey
A well-established children’s hospital in the Northeast is actively seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment supporting a collaborative inpatient pediatric hospital medicine team.
This opportunity offers a strong clinical environment, consistent scheduling, excellent provider support, and the potential for extension.
Position Highlights
- 12-hour day shifts only
- Flexible 3-shift/week schedule
- No call responsibilities
- Pediatric inpatient/hospitalist setting
Clinical Responsibilities
Providers will assist with:
- Inpatient pediatric management
- Daily rounding
- Bedside procedures including:
- Lumbar punctures
- Arterial sticks
- Blood draws
- NG tube placement
Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Experienced Ped Hospitalist PA
- Comfortable in inpatient pediatric settings
