Hudson Pro Orthopaedics – Northern New Jersey
Hudson Pro Orthopaedics is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Certified First Assist (CFA).
We are a growing, multi-location orthopaedic practice specializing in Hand & Upper Extremity, Sports Medicine, and Workers’ Compensation cases across Northern New Jersey.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will assist in the operating room, provide support in the office seeing patients, and manage perioperative care under the direction of a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon.
Responsibilities
- First assist in orthopaedic surgical procedures (primarily upper extremity cases)
- Evaluate and treat patients in the clinical office setting
- Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Wound checks, suture removal, and injections (if credentialed)
- Documentation and coordination with the surgical team
- Ensure efficient OR workflow and high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active NJ license (PA, NP, or Certified First Assist)
- Orthopaedic surgical experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hand/upper extremity cases a plus
- Highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
