Need a locum for coverage for PA for vein harvesting & 1st assist for CT Surgery.

This will be a two weeks on two weeks off position.

It would mostly be surgery/call and some clinic. 7-4 onsite and then call.

Must have 2 years experience.

Need someone who can cover the below dates.

05/19-06/02

06/16-06/30

07/14-07/28

08/11-08/25

Preferred drive in candidates and has an Active NV license

Below are answers to a few of the common questions.

• Provider census for clinic and call clinic 2-6 patients, call depends on hospital census. Average 4-6.
• Can we do credentialing by 5/19 or temps privileges will be provided? We will try our hardest and request temporary privileges but will need a clean record.
• What certifications are required? BLS, ACLS, PA or APRN
• Case log requirements Yes
• vein harvesting – (endoscopic or open) endoscopic
• Type of Equipment provided for harvesting in the OR EVH: Maquet (Getinge) Vasoview Hemopro 2
• Year of experience required in CT and Vein Harvesting 2+
• Team Composition: Who they’ll be working with — e.g. how many surgeons, other PAs/NPs, residents or fellows, support staff. 1 CVT surgeon
• CT cases specifics – (CABG, valve repair/replacement) all CT and vascular cases
• Interview Process- There will be a virtual interview with camera on
• For travel in candidates will they pay hotel, flights, and mileage/rental car- yes
• Orientation details, Will it be first scheduled shift or before 5/19? It will be on the 1st schedules shift.

Pay: $170.00 – $190.00 per hour
