Las Vegas Urology is seeking a compassionate and driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Urogynecology team. Role Overview
This position will focus primarily on female urologic care, providing both in-office and occasional hospital-based services. You’ll work alongside our urogynecology physicians to assess, treat, and manage patients dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, and other urologic concerns unique to women.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Assist in office-based procedures
- Develop treatment plans and monitor ongoing care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current with best practices in urogynecology
What We’re Looking For
- PA-C, NP-C, or APRN license in Nevada (required)
- Prior experience in Women’s Health, Urology, or related fields strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner
- Comfort with sensitive topics and patient populations
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and team collaboration skills
- EMR proficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
