Las Vegas Urology is seeking a compassionate and driven Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Urogynecology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians in a highly specialized field that combines aspects of gynecology and urology to treat pelvic floor disorders and complex female urologic conditions.

Role Overview

This position will focus primarily on female urologic care, providing both in-office and occasional hospital-based services. You’ll work alongside our urogynecology physicians to assess, treat, and manage patients dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, and other urologic concerns unique to women.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostic evaluations
  • Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
  • Assist in office-based procedures
  • Develop treatment plans and monitor ongoing care
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay current with best practices in urogynecology

What We’re Looking For

  • PA-C, NP-C, or APRN license in Nevada (required)
  • Prior experience in Women’s Health, Urology, or related fields strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner
  • Comfort with sensitive topics and patient populations
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and team collaboration skills
  • EMR proficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
