Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

CaroMont Family Medicine – Stanley is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team which consists of one MD, two APPs, and one LCSW. This well-established practice serves a large and growing Medicare population. ** Position Highlights **

• Comprehensive onsite diagnostics, including laboratory services and digital X-ray capabilities.
• Outpatient schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 4 10-hour shifts.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC.

** Requirements **

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C
• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
• BLS/ACLS certification
