Terpening Law is an elite boutique that focuses on criminal and civil litigation in the federal courts. Based in Charlotte, our practice is national in scope, and was founded a decade ago. We are known for white collar criminal defense, complex business litigation, a fearless yet intellectual approach to trials and appeals, creativity, strong brief writing, and taking on unique and challenging cases. We are proud to represent a broad spectrum of the community, from CEOs, other professionals, and businesses to (as part of our pro bono and community service efforts) indigent clients.
