Location: Spartz Vein Clinic – 2 Locations in Eagan and Maplewood
Pay: $50-65/hr (depending on experience)
Benefits: Tax-free monthly healthcare reimbursement benefit, seven paid holidays, and 20 days PTO
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. No evenings, no weekends.

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of vein and wound care specialists. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients. Experience in vein and/or wound care is a plus but not necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with vein and wound care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
- Perform necessary procedures related to vein and wound care, including dressing changes, debridement, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care, management strategies, and preventive measures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives aimed at improving patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Provide proper patient information, medical history and perform administrative duties associated with each procedure performed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Work with the providers to provide necessary assistance as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of patient confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adhere to all Spartz Vein Clinic policies and procedures including those pertinent to HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Certification in wound care preferred, but not required.
- Experience in vein and/or wound care is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
