Mayo Clinic is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in various Critical Care roles on our Rochester campus. Working in the ICU at Mayo Clinic means caring for complex and critically ill patients. This challenging and dynamic environment keeps you constantly engaged while strengthening your critical thinking and problem solving skills. Onboarding consists of a three-month training period including specific unit orientation and procedural training in a simulation center. Autonomy is slowly increased over time in a highly monitored and supportive environment. All designed to give you confidence in your career and care.

Qualifications

Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN license and certification or eligible to be certified as an ANP, FNP, ACNP, AGACNP; Or Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.

Registration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is required. BLS and ACLS certification required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $116,542.40 – $174,740.80 per year
