What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced clinical evaluation and treatment in acute and emergent settings
- Support inpatient, ED, and specialty service line coverage as needed
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on complex patient cases
- Respond to fluctuating clinical needs across the system with agility and expertise
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under variable and high-demand conditions

Work Experience
- Certified Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical experience in acute care, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice
- Ability to function confidently in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
- Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional patient care under pressure
