Job Overview
Highly regarded, multi-specialty boutique practice specializing in complex spine and joint care, sports and regenerative medicine, integrative pain management, fatigue, Dysautonomia/POTS, integrative functional medicine, connective tissue disorders, concussion, athletic performance, and women’s health.
The role begins with structured training and close collaboration with 2–3 providers, transitioning to independent patient care by month three with ongoing case support.
Procedural opportunities are available, including injections, infusions, and punch biopsies. HBOT, vagal nerve stimulation, infusion services, and other specialty performance services offered.
Position
- Follow-up care for conditions above including review of labs, imaging, procedures and outcomes, specialty consultations, new issues, neurologic symptoms, pain, etc.
- Patient-centered schedule (1-2 appointments/hour) combined with time to support high touch care coordination and management of complex issues such as follow-up phone calls, case discussion with other team members, patient education, etc.
- Option to perform procedures as part of clinical practice (training provided)
- Support Infusions, HBOT, Compression, Group offering workflows
Qualifications
- Valid Physician Assistant license with current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience
- (3-5 preferred). Relevant specialties include Ndurosurgery, Neurology, PM&R, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Critical Care, Sports Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Rheumatology, or Emergency Medicine (in no particular order). We provide care for a number of multisystem, complex conditions with PMR, Pain Management, Primary Care, Integrative Lifestyle Medicine, Regenerative Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Preventive Medicine, Osteopathic Manual Medicine, and Women’s Health Physician Expertise.
- Strong references from two recent direct supervisors.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams And lifelong learning.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
