Physician Assistant
We are seeking a committed and energetic Physician Assistant to join our team of highly skilled and patient oriented cardiac clinicians. The Provider would be working in an outpatient clinic setting. Working closely with cardiologists to create care plans based on patients needs. The ideal candidate would have a background with cardiology in an outpatient setting. If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately: – Graduate of accredited program for Physician Assistant required – Previous Cardiology experience preferred –
Responsibilities
- Performs and work with a comprehensive group of cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, vascular physicians and electrophysiologist to care for cardiovascular patients.
- Evaluate, establish plan of care, and educate patients with known cardiovascular symptoms or diagnosis. Complete workup’s, consults, discharges and cardiac clearances.
- Maintain scope of practice within policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines as stated by the state of Maryland.
- Licensed as a Physician assistant in state of Maryland required
