Job Overview
We are a longstanding Boston Family Health network that’s been serving our community for decades.
Join our brand new Mobile Health Team as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care directly in the community.
You will be providing primary care services to patients of all ages with the care team! Coverage areas are New Hyde Park, Mattapan, Dorchester, Randolph. Hours are basically 9-5 M – F, but we can have some flexibility.
Duties
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine healthcare needs.
- Provide family medicine care to patients of ALL AGES
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active certification from recognized boards.
- 1+ year of primary care experience and the ability to see patients of all ages
- Language ability, such as Spanish or Haitian Creole, is a plus but not required
- Experience in a community health or health and human services setting is a plus
Pay: $120,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
