We are a longstanding Boston Family Health Network that’s been serving our community for decades.

Come join our Family Medicine department! We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Here you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care directly in the community.

You will be providing primary care services to patients of all ages with the care team. We offer plenty of admin hours to balance out your clinical workload.

Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine healthcare needs.
• Provide family medicine care to patients of ALL AGES.
• Use EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active certification from recognized boards.
• 1+ year of primary care experience and the ability to see patients of all ages
• Language ability, such as Spanish or Haitian Creole, is a plus but not required
• Experience in a community health or health and human services setting is a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
