Job Title: Physician Assistant at a School- base site for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team at a School- base site affiliated with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of students.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and school staff.
- Provide health education and counseling to students and their families.
- Administer vaccinations and manage immunization records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student health and wellness.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the school community.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience in pediatrics or school health is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
