Full Job Description
Concentra is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at our Fern Valley Center in Louisville, KY:
- Friday through Sunday, 7P – 7A OVERNIGHT SHIFT
- Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care
- All documentation easily completed at the time of service/same day
- No prior authorizations, No patient portal
- Onsite Physical Therapy
- DOT exams, preemployment physicals, evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries including minor procedures (laceration repair, foreign body removal)
