“`Job Summary:“`We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing medspa team. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand with Aura Health & Spa.

Who will be successful in this role:

A seasoned, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has substantial experience in functional wellness and clinical procedures, follow up and management of complex issues. You must be able to handle our protocols and manage clients in those protocols independently and effectively.

Required Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Determine and administer treatment protocols including Supplements, IV’s, BHRT and/or medical weight loss.
  • Manage clients/client treatment plans: monitor progress, answer questions, follow up, address issues, etc.
  • Support providers in clinical/treatment research and other client care needs
  • Perform various in clinic treatments: injections, IV’ s, etc
  • Physically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
  • Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.
  • Record symptoms: update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
  • Strong IV/ phlebotomy skills
  • Maintain the highest regard for discretion and patient privacy
  • Preferred: 2 years of independent experience in private practice
  • Preferred: 2 years experience with Ozone, IV therapies, and BHRT
  • Preferred: IFM/ A4M Certified or equivalent
  • Must be intellectually curious, be open to learning new things and always have an interest in learning and incorporating new information into practice
  • Must pay attention to patient outcomes and incorporate adjustments to treatments based on these observations
  • Must have excellent communication, ability to interpret/understand patient’s needs, strong follow up
  • Ideal candidate: ambitious yet caring, values quality of patient service over quantity of patients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport
  • Interest in continually learning new information
  • Strong interest in finding solutions to problem

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
