We are a well-established and highly respected practice seeking an outgoing, professional, and compassionate individual to join our incredible team. The Ideal candidate will have a strong stable work history and a passion for patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to secure a full-time position with the added benefit of a 3-day weekend, as our office sees patients Monday through Thursday.
This role requires a team player who is comfortable interacting with others, both giving and taking instructions, and working in a very fast-paced environment. You must be capable of meeting the essential functions of the job, which include being on your feet and walking for extended periods. Medical experience is a plus, though we provide specific training and cross training across different divisions.
As part of our role, you will be trained to deliver brief one-on-one presentations explaining key aspects of specific treatment programs and outcomes to new patients. Clear and accurate communication during these presentations is essential. Strong keyboarding, proper grammar, and written communication skills are also crucial.

Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients
Ensuring timely patient flow
Directly assisting patients with therapies and giving appropriate instructions regarding their treatment and care.
Scheduling patient appointments
Assisting the doctor as needed
Accurately charting patient notes, tracking progress, and maintaining patient charts
Assisting with front office functions, as needed.

Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
- PA-C (Preferred)
- Physician Assistant License (Preferred)
