Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Balanced Bodies Wellness – Decatur, GA
Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (required) + PRN availability during the week as needed

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This provider will play a key role in consulting with patients, performing assessments, and creating individualized treatment plans for both new and existing patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and health assessments.
- Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans for weight loss, hormone replacement, and other wellness needs.
- Collaborate with the Medical Assistant (MA) to ensure treatment plans are communicated clearly and implemented effectively.
- Provide follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
- Adhere to established clinic procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Provide care on Saturdays (9 AM – 1 PM) and PRN during the week to cover provider absences.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Foster a professional, supportive, and positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Georgia.
- Current and unrestricted DEA license (or eligibility).
- Previous experience in wellness, weight management, hormone replacement, or related field preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Required: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Preferred: PRN availability during weekdays to cover provider call-outs.
- Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
