Full Job Description
Growing Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology Practice in need of an experienced full or part-time Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA). Work Part-time 1-3 days per week or full time 4 days per week. Work in both Atlanta and Conyers offices. No Call. 1+ years experience in general Dermatology preferred.
Position Title: Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a caseload of patients based on practice goals and objectives
- Work independently to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients, consulting with physician as needed
- Document information in patient’s chart (EMA) regarding assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education
- Refer to appropriate specialist, as needed
- Educate patient/family
- Facilitate proper billing
- Participate in daily operations of practice
Education & Experience: Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- PA/NP program degree
- Current valid state medical license
- Board Certified PA/NP
- Georgia PA/NP license
- 2+ years’ experience preferred in Dermatology
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
