Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time NP/PA to join our team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident in managing a broad spectrum of urgent care cases, and committed to delivering excellent patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for urgent, non-emergent conditions including illnesses, injuries, and minor procedures
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including X-rays and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office teams to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation within the EMR system
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
