Job Overview:
Excelsis Health is a growing, established Piedmont clinic affiliated specialty practice is looking to hire a passionate PA or NP five days a week Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Experience in the areas of internal or family medicine, endocrinology, or cardiology background a plus, but metabolic disease knowledge and high-volume practice experience a must! Excelsis offers medical and nutritional services all in one location to provide the highest quality of integrated care for patients.
The ideal candidate must have a strong dedication to patient care and be comfortable working in an outpatient setting with patients of all ages. This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the only board certified obesity medical specialists in Georgia

Duties:
– Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
– Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
– Provide counseling on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and management of chronic conditions
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
– Document patient care activities in electronic health records (EHR) system
