About Us:
The Maxim Clinic is a modern wellness and aesthetics practice focused on helping patients look, feel, and perform at their best. We specialize in weight management, injectables/neurotoxins, hormone optimization, and preventative longevity care through a personalized, patient-centered approach.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in wellness-based care. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health through innovative treatments, including medical weight loss and hormone therapy. Knowledge and experience in injectables and Neurotoxins is a BIG PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications for weight management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide education on lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Willingness to work at our Marietta and Norcross offices
- Experience or strong interest in wellness, preventative care, and weight management
- Experience with GLP-1 medications preferred
- Knowledge of hormone optimization (BHRT) is a plus
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics is a plus (tox/filler/lasers)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Pay: $50.00 – $90.00 per hour
