Commercial HVAV Project Managet
A Commercial HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) projects from start to finish—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and per contract specifications.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee procurement and delivery of HVAC equipment and materials
- Lead and supervise project teams, including field staff and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking, billing, and change orders
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and enforce safety standards
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, reports, and closeout packages.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and BlueBeam
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC: 10 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
