Assignment Dates: August 2026 – December 2026
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Surgical PAs or NPs to provide locum tenens coverage at a busy inpatient setting in the Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-volume surgical team with a strong workflow and collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (potential rotating weekends)
- Setting: Inpatient / Operating Room
- No call required
- Average 10 patients per shift
- Weekly case volume: ~90–110 procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first assist support in surgical procedures
- Work across multiple specialties, including General Surgery (primary need), Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Urology, and ENT
- Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, RNs, and surgical techs in the OR
- Focus on procedural support (no clinic or admissions required)
INDITP
Requirements:
- Active Georgia license required
- BLS certification required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Strong surgical assist experience preferred
