Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on surgical preoperative clearances. Work will be conducted in satellite clinics so must be comfortable with some travel.
Duties:- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
-Perform surgical clearances- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care- Oversee infection control measures in clinical settings
Qualifications:- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner- Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus- Proficiency in conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing treatments- Experience with E-Clinical Works- Familiarity with infection control protocols and best practices
