Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our specialty medical practice in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
- Provide ongoing patient management and follow-up care
- Accurately document clinical encounters in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for licensure)
- Candidates currently enrolled in an accredited NP or PA program and nearing graduation are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
