Position Overview
North Florida Pain Specialists is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding interventional pain management practice in Tallahassee. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values meaningful patient relationships, hands-on procedural exposure, and long-term career growth in a supportive, physician-led environment.
About Our Practice
We are a high-volume, interventional pain clinic focused on delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care to patients across North Florida. Our team emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and individualized treatment planning.
Our services include a comprehensive range of therapies such as medication management, image-guided procedures, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, intrathecal drug delivery systems, kyphoplasty, and other advanced pain interventions.
What You Can Expect
- Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), some Friday mornings
- Dedicated onboarding and training period (approximately 90 days)

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Florida license required or eligible)
- Open to both new graduates and experienced providers

- Pay: $55.00 per hour
