We provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and procedural dermatology. We specialize in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, performing minor dermatologic procedures directly where our patients are. While our practitioners are mobile in the field, we feature a fully dedicated, supportive administrative team to manage scheduling, billing, insurance verifications, and patient follow-ups so you can focus entirely on clinical care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Mid-Level Dermatology Provider (ARNP or PA-C) to join our growing mobile practice. This position serves patients across Palm Beach and Port Saint Lucie counties, primarily delivering care within assisted living facilities (ALFs) and private residential settings.This is a part-time, independent contractor (1099) position with a strong potential to transition into a full-time role as patient volume expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and procedural dermatological care to patients in mobile environments (ALFs, senior living communities, and homes).
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions (e.g., rosacea, scabies, psoriasis, eczema, actinic keratosis).
- Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), and skin tag removals.
- Collaborate effectively with facility staff, patient families, and powers of attorney (POAs) to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Florida license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of dedicated, direct clinical experience in medical and surgical dermatology (required).
- Proven ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Prior experience working with geriatric populations or within assisted living facilities is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within Palm Beach and Port Saint Lucie counties.
- Strong communication skills for interacting compassionately with elderly patients and navigating family/POA dynamics.
