Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. No prior experience is required; however, candidates must be licensed in Florida and able to work three days a week. This role demands a proactive approach to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and a collaborative spirit. Candidates will also have the opportunity to learn aesthetic medicine!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide acute care services, including triage and management of urgent health issues.
- Accurately document patient encounters using ICD-10 coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients, particularly in gynecologic care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain precise medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant certification and Florida state licensure.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
- Fluent in French or Creole is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independence in decision-making.
