A well‑established family practice with more than 25 years in the community is seeking a Physician Assistant who values autonomy, continuity, and long‑term primary care. This role offers a supported path to gradually build a patient panel within a stable, relationship‑focused environment. The position begins part‑time with the option to expand hours as patient volume grows.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Manage acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies
- Develop evidence‑based treatment plans
- Document clinical reasoning clearly
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate care and collaborate with the practice team

Compensation & Schedule
- Commission‑based compensation, with earnings up to $80 per hour equivalent depending on patient volume
- Part‑time start with the option to increase hours as your panel grows
Who You Are
- Licensed Physician Assistant
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision‑making skills
- Primary care experience preferred
- Interested in continuity and long‑term patient relationships
- Comfortable building a patient panel gradually within an established practice
