Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Volusia County, Flagler County, Florida
Looking for a Nurse Practitioner for full or part time to see patients at their homes. We Provide primary healthcare for those that can not travel to the office. We provide in home primary care services to residents of Volusia and Flagler Counties, Florida, for those patients that have difficulties getting out of their home. We are in need of a provider to help in the Palm Coast and Ormond Areas. We use Athena Electronic Medical Record, AI Integration and a full office staff to assist in the care of the patients and scheduling. We run a fully functional Primary Care Office in the patients home as well as at our office site. Primary care service includes medication prescribing and chronic and acute disease management. Join our team to help those that really need the help and appreciate you. Go above and beyond a regular PCP office visit to provide exceptional care to all of those in need at home using your home as your office..
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,
Pay: $100,000.00 and up per year for full time plus gas costs
