Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert dermatological care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and assist in a variety of skin-related treatments. Duties
- Conduct thorough skin examinations, assess patient conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer dermatological procedures such as skin biopsies and curettage and desiccation.
- Manage medical documentation accurately within EMA Electronic Health Record (EHR) system ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionsto coordinate patient care across multiple disciplines.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote optimal results.
Skills
- Proven experience working with EMA for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Strong background enhances your ability to handle acute dermatological emergencies.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate billing and documentation.
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, assisted living residents, and individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs.
- Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and basic life support (BLS).

Pay: $150,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
