Position Overview:
As a Primary Care Providerwith CareMedica, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is a certified Primary Care Provider with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and a commitment to fostering positive patient and provider relationships.
Key Responibilites:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Promote preventive healthcare measures, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up to date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Physician Assistants must have a NCPPA Certification
- Nurse Practitioners must have a AANPCB Certification
- Valid non restricted medical licensure from the State of Connecticut.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication in providing compassionate, and comprehensive care.
- Commitment to staying current with medical advancements and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary range of 118k-125k
- Malpractice Coverage
