Compensation package includes base hourly + % collections, discounted or free aesthetic treatments + 1 family to receive benefits + paid vacation + commissions for office and individual goals.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Physician or Physician Assistant to join our Medical and Women’s Health team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with evaluating patients for aging concerns – especially weight gain and hormone imbalances. Starting off, this provider will need to care for patients by providing a physical exam, review or assist with drawing labs, evaluating co-morbidities. Acute attention to detail is a must as patients do have ongoing medical issues we do not manage, but we must decipher safety and identify new medical conditions. Annually we diagnose new heart failure, neurologic conditions, arrhythmias, pulmonary issues and more. We treat and evaluate the entire patient even if they are visiting only for an aesthetic treament.
In addition to the initial primary duties above, we do have the opportunity to have this provider assist with injectables like botox/dysport/juevderm/restylane and Inmode lasers- optimas, empower, evolve, bodytite/facetite, morpheus8 and more. Practitioner is highly motivated to retain patients and grow. Position is a base pay + % collections. Current position will be to start learning the systems in Canon City and then expand to our Colorado Springs location. MUST provide procedure log of prior skills and before / afters of prior treatments if ready to treat with aesthetic injectables or devices. For a physician candidate, training is available for some of the aesthetic treatments.
**Duties:**
-Conduct comprehensive physical examinations including vital signs
-IV placement and lab draws as needed
– Diagnose acute illnesses and injuries
– Manage chronic health conditions like hormone imbalance or weight loss
– Prescribe medications and therapies
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
– Maintain accurate patient records
Optional-
– Injectables – conduct consult, mapping, injection, dental or facial nerve blocks, specialized photography and follow-up treatments.
-Laser treatments like RFMN, IPL, vaginal rejuvenation, body contouring
**Requirements:**
– M.D. / D.O or P.A.
– Current state license and board certification
– Certification in a specialized area such as Aesthetic medicine, obesity medicine, sexual wellness, hormone therapies
– Experience in medical spa treatments, injectables and lasers
– Familiarity with Zenoti EMR system
– Strong health coaching skills
