About Top Tier Wellness & Weight Loss

Top Tier Wellness & Weight Loss is a modern, cash-pay clinic focused on regenerative health and longevity.

We provide comprehensive, relationship-driven medicine—not rushed visits or insurance-driven care. Every patient receives in-depth evaluation, advanced labs, and a personalized plan designed for real results.

We are building a high-level Direct Primary Care (DPC) program that delivers concierge-style access, continuity, and proactive care. Our team operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes, experience, and accountability.

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead and operate our Direct Primary Care (DPC) program while supporting urgent care, metabolic, and foundational hormone services within the clinic.

  • Direct primary care
  • Women’s health
