Project Manager 3rd Gen Roofing – Buena Vista, CO

3rd Gen Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects throughout Chaffee County and surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll visit multiple job sites, communicate with homeowners, coordinate crews and suppliers, and ensure every project meets our high standards.
Compensation & Benefits

– Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED – Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. – Excellent communication and organizational skills. – Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. – Comfortable working independently and making decisions. – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. – Construction experience strongly preferred. – Roofing experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously. – Meet with homeowners before, during, and after construction. – Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries. – Perform quality-control inspections. – Keep projects on schedule and communicate timelines with customers. -Work closely with the office regarding project progress. – Promote and maintain a safe, organized jobsite. – Represent 3rd Gen Roofing with professionalism and integrity
Work Environment
This is a full-time salaried position in a fast-paced construction environment. During the busy roofing season, workweeks may extend to up to six days and approximately 60 hours per week as business demands require. Every day brings a new jobsite, new challenges, and opportunities to grow. Seasonal Employment Roofing in Colorado is weather dependent. This position is intended to be a long-term role; however, work may slow during the winter months. Depending on weather and workload, employees may be seasonally furloughed and are typically recalled in late winter or early spring as business needs increase.
