HealthCare Recruiters International(HCRI) is seeking an experienced Oncology Physician Assistant / PA-C to join a leading Cancer Care team in the San Joaquin Valley of CA. PA will work FT; Monday through Friday, 8-9 hours per day

• PA will join a highly rated Oncology Medical Care group
• PA will receive on-going training from Oncologist
• PA will evaluate and manage adult oncology and chemotherapy patients
• PA will order chemotherapy and ancillary drugs and appropriate tests
• PA will provide patient consults
• PA will have supervisory duties of nursing staff and administration
• PA will provide patient education to both patients and families
• PA will take after hours call every second week, for calls only – no on-site
• PA will receive approximately 3 calls during call rotation

Oncology PA-C Requirements:

• Physician Assistance License
• 4+ years of current PA-C experience in Oncology
• Ability to obtain CA Licensure
• Clear PA-CA License
• Strong EMR Skills
• Passion for Patient Education
• Ability to work well with a delicate patient population
• Ability to participate in academic activities

Oncology PA-C Compensation:

• 175K – 210K DOE in Oncology
• Extensive PTO / Holiday / Sick Leave
• RVU Bonus structure on top of guaranteed salary
• $5,000 Sign on Bonus
• $3,000 CME
• $7,000 per year for Health Insurance

Pay: $175,000.00 – $210,000.00 per year
