We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our physicians to provide high-quality medical care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatrics, triage, medical records management, catheterization, infection control, pain management, Cerner electronic medical records system, medical imaging interpretation, and dialysis.

– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories
– Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
– Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
– Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
– Provide patient education on disease prevention and management
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
– Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records system (Cerner)
– Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

– Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of [CA]
– Board certification as a Physician Assistant
– Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Physician Assistant
– Proficiency in pediatric care, including well-child visits and immunizations

– Experience with medical record documentation and management

– Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system
