Job OverviewWe are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our urology team in a telehealth capacity. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality virtual care to patients with urological concerns through video consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care.
No prior urology experience is required—just a strong interest in the specialty and a commitment to learning and growing with our team. As we serve a large Spanish-speaking population, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effectively communicating with our diverse patient base.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical exams for urological conditions
- Diagnose and manage urologic disorders
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Assist in pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
Requirements:
- Active PA/NP license (California)
- Active DEA License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- Strong clinical skills with a willingness to learn urology-specific care
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
