Opportunity:

We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our San Francisco-based team. The NP or PA will be responsible for providing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic treatments, as well as performing phlebotomy procedures, to our members in a safe and effective manner. This role blends advanced nursing expertise with a focus on aesthetics to deliver optimal patient care and results, while also offering opportunities for growth and development beyond its primary scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of aesthetics, a commitment to patient satisfaction, plus passion and experience caring for women.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted, unencumbered CA license
• Passion for women’s health, wellness, and longevity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage members
• Experience delivering high-quality, personalized service with a hospitality-driven approach to client care
• Experience performing non-invasive cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to, laser treatments, microneedling, and Botox injections
• Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product and service lines
• Experience or training in functional, longevity, and/or lifestyle medicine concepts that can be applied to our consultation is a plus
• Experience working in a multi-specialty environment, along with a desire to continually expand your practice by learning new procedures and therapies, is a plus
• Experience working in an concierge medical setting, ideally in a private practice or start-up environment, where an entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to, laser treatments, microneedling, and Botox injections.
• Conduct patient consultations to assess needs, expectations, and medical histories to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe.
• Administer pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions to patients.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments, or other necessary diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure the highest level of patient care, comfort, and safety during all treatments and procedures.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and trends to provide the best care possible.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment following all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures to identify and manage any adverse reactions or complications.
• Assist with marketing and promoting the aesthetic services provided by the clinic.
• Manage patient concerns and expectations to foster long-term relationships and satisfaction.

Hours:

20 to 25 hours per week with future fulltime potential.

Compensation:

Generous hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
