“`Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our medical team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Duties:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests- Collaborate with physicians in developing treatment plans and providing ongoing care- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians- Provide patient education on preventive healthcare measures, disease management, and treatment options- Assist in family planning services and reproductive health counseling- Manage acute and chronic illnesses, including acute pain management- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists when necessary- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:- Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of California- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Experience administering injections and performing minor surgical procedures- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment- Knowledge of aseptic techniques for infection control purposes- Experience working in a medical office or nursing home setting is preferred- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is a plus
