We specialize in providing comprehensive orthopaedic medical care, including surgical services, pain management, physical and occupational therapy, as well as radiology and diagnostic MRI.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician Assistant to join our team at California Orthopaedic Institute in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in diagnosing and treating patients suffering from chronic pain conditions, contributing to their overall quality of life through effective pain management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our pain management physician to provide care for his patient panel.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with chronic pain conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, and interventional procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients about pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • California Physician Assistant license.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology.
  • Experience in pain management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
