Choose Your Practice StyleOption 1: Clinic-Based Primary Care
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Manage chronic conditions and acute concerns
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Monday–Friday schedule in a community clinic setting
Option 2: Mobile Medicine
- Deliver care directly to underserved neighborhoods on modern mobile units
- Provide primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and outreach
- Build strong relationships with patients where they live and gather
- Monday–Friday schedule following a pre-planned route
Option 3: Hybrid Schedule
- Split your time between clinic sites and mobile medicine

Required Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
- California RN/NP/NPF license
- NP board certification
- Current DEA & BLS
Physician Assistant:
- California PA license
- NCCPA certification
- Current DEA & BLS
Preferred:
- Experience with underserved or homeless populations
- Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto)
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and EMR skills
- Comfort working outdoors/on mobile units (if selecting mobile medicine track)
Additional Requirements
- Valid CA driver’s license + proof of auto insurance (required for mobile medicine)
- Immunization, TB, and background screening per CA healthcare guidelines
