How You Will Help Our Patients
In our Subspecialist Physician-led care model, Physician Associates/Physician Assistants partner closely with physicians to provide high-level specialty care such as feeding tube management, wound care, and primary care services.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- California PA License Required
- Current DEA
- At least 1 year of experience evaluating, assessing, and providing direct patient care are preferred (but the right new grad is welcomed).
- Experience and comfort in visiting patients in their homes.
- Experience and comfort in working with electronic health records and mobile technology
- The ability to travel within your assigned area and physical ability to provide care in a variety of residential settings.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
- Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese is always a plus.
- A valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and a reliable vehicle for patient visits.
- Comfort taking Call in an On Call Rotation
