Job Description:We are a growing, patient-centered primary care clinic seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team full-time. This is an in-office position with occasional telemedicine visits, serving a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a broad spectrum of primary care concerns, enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients, and work well within a team that values quality, efficiency, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive and problem-focused medical evaluations and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Perform routine procedures (e.g., joint injections, wound care, pap smears) as appropriate to training and clinic scope.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care.
- Document patient encounters clearly and thoroughly in the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement and team meetings.
- Occasionally provide care via telemedicine when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California
- BLS (and ACLS preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and ability to adapt to new technologies.

Pay: $124,800.00 – $135,000.00 per year
